My wife started Mind of Peace Counseling in December 2020. I went to work with the company on a part-time / as needed basis. In 2021 things really took off and by December I was able to move to full time. As President my duties include marketing, recruiting, running our website, and day to day operations. I don't have a clinical background so I'm working on learning about the industry in general. My main focus will be on generating business and opportunities for our highly trained, highly experienced clinicians. We currently have 4 therapists and are licensed in 10 states. We're in the process of getting licensed in several additional states and expect to be in over half of the nation be end of year. Mind of Peace is a virtual / online counseling service. We offer family as well as individual counseling. Our services include but are not limited to; anger management, childhood trauma, PTSD, substance abuse, marriage issues, adolescent / young adult, men's issues, women's issues and more. Our therapists change peoples lives and give folks tools to overcome major challenges. I'm truly blessed to be a part of it.Prior to Mind of Peace I was an account manager for Quality Tire Company and later Purcell Tire. We specialized in medium truck tires and retreads. I maintained accounts in Montana and Wyoming which put me on the road and away from home about 4 days a week. I had a wide range of duties which included everything from establishing new accounts, to sales, to delivery of new product and removal of old product for either disposal or retread. I started in August of 2017 under Quality. Purcell bought the company in December of 2020. I continued tell December of 2021. In the 13 years prior to working in the commercial tire business I was in car sales. I started out in used car sales. Later I found my niche as an internet sales person selling Fords. All together I worked in dealerships for about 20 years. Before being a sales person I was an automotive technician for 8 years.
