Active in the entrepreneurial community throughout Western Canada, I am a Mentor and Board Member through the University of Alberta's MIT Threshold Impact Venture Mentoring Service (Edmonton), and a former Chapter Member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (Vancouver). Throughout my career, I've managed teams in manufacturing (North America), retail, government (international) and professional services (Western Canada). I have worked with high performing teams of Fortune 500 and Deloitte Best Managed companies. As a Co-Founder, I helped build The Headhunters from a start-up into a hugely successful organization. The company operates throughout Western Canada, working with a diverse set of clients. I actively recruit, primarily in the Executive Search and Operations space, throughout North America.I am passionate about giving back. I have worked with the Canadian Breast Cancer “Run for the Cure” (Race Director), Make-A-Wish Foundation, MS Walk, KIVA, the Okanagan Marathon (Race Director) and the Northern Alberta YMCA.
