I help students navigate extenuating or difficult circumstances they may encounter in their time at the U of A by providing support and connecting them to helpful resources on campus and in the community.

Established design principles, ran participants, and analyzed study data culminating in the production of my honors thesis and successful defense. Additionally administered lab sessions whilst managing several unique conditions involving smartphone usaage, attention, and creativity.

I kickstarted a leadership and development program for underrepresented youth in NWA with a focus on community service, social engagement, and career development. I also helped facilitate Art Therapy oriented programming. I received funding through the University of Arkansas Honors College Unpaid Internship Grant to continue my internship and help with special projects for the company.

Worked in a small team to ensure the success, integration, and retention of Off-Campus Freshman through event coordination and outreach. Taught students time management and organization skills. Checked up with students regularly about their physical and mental health and made action plans with them where necessary.

Conducted state-funded research through study design input, creation of Qualtrics questionnaires and other study materials, and assessment of participation eligibility. Additionally developed successful participant outreach initiative using an innovative compensation program, resulting in significant increases in participant pool growth.
