Since a young age, serving as a line leader, I have had a passion for leading others and helping them along the way. Now, I am excited to work with other like-minded people to create change for as many people as possible. During my high school years, I was most active in various leadership roles in my school's JROTC program as well as the varsity soccer team. In JROTC, I was chosen by my peers to serve as the Battalion Commander, directing operations for over 100 cadets everyday. It seemed daunting when I first heard about it, but my various experiences in the program since I joined as a 6th grader prepared me to lead confidently. On the soccer field, I was an emotional and vocal leader for the team, making sure that we were ready for our opponents by preparing a lengthy scouting report prior to each match. This ultimately lead to our successful seasons, which ended in heartbreaking fashion in the semi-final game. As a college student, I now am able to pair my love with numbers and math to a deeper passion in finance with hopes that I can use numbers to create a change in the world that helps everyone.
