I am a Colombian designer and business administrator with experience in the development sector, specializing in communication strategy, fundraising campaigns, and design thinking. I have collaborated with interdisciplinary teams in Bogotá, Nairobi, Rabat, and the USA, leading them in crafting impactful fundraising, brand development, and communication strategies that harness design thinking methodologies. I have been actively involved in developing and implementing the strategic transformation of the organization where I work, conducting market research, facilitating focus groups, and designing long-term organizational development roadmaps spanning 5 to 10 years. As an early member of the fundraising team, I helped identify potential markets and build relationships with philanthropists focused on achieving large-scale impact. In just two years, our efforts raised over $1.5M in unrestricted capital for the organization.Movement and design are two of my greatest passions, and I am constantly inspired by how design shapes everyday life. As a member of Comunidad el Oso, my ultimate frisbee team, we won the Pan-American Ultimate Frisbee Championship twice and earned a silver medal. Additionally, I captained my university’s ultimate frisbee team, leading them to victory in the regional Cerros tournament and securing two silver medals. I also hold a minor in photography, which has been a lifelong dedication, and a diploma in International Management.
