I work with companies and organizations across health, social services, law enforcement, court systems, schools, and agencies (Columbia, SC; Chicago, IL; and Lexington, KY.) I provide culturally sensitive interpreting and translating services for meetings in consecutive, sight translations, simultaneous, and summarization modes, in person and by phone.*Achievements*- Successfully closed and managed contracts with 5 clients such as Clarity Central Kentucky Interpreting Services LLC, TransPerfect INC., Accipio Language Services, and Fayette County Public Schools. - Provided interpreting services for 400+ meetings.- Received a full scholarship to complete the training Bridging the Gap for Medical Interpreter (40 hours).- In 2016, I was one of the most requested service providers for The Fayette County Public Schools.

I provided interpreting services for 600+ special education, teacher-parent conferences, large conferences, graduations ceremonies, and other meetings. I also translated different written material to be distributed district-wide. I worked directly with 20+ Hispanic families to provide them different schools related services and assisted with 10+ evaluations for special education services. *Achievements*- In 2015, I was named one of the most requested service providers for The Fayette County Public Schools.

I led and assisted on 5 research projects. I conducted literature reviews (200+ articles in English and Spanish); make theoretical and methodological contributions; designed in-depth interview questionnaires; conducted field observations, in-depth interviews (45), and archival reviews; performed Qualitative (Content Analysis using Atlas.ti) and Quantitative data analyses (descriptive and inferential statistics); and designed 3 presentations on Prezi and PowerPoint. *Achivements*- Presented findings at 4 conferences nationally and internationally. - Coordinated the writing, editing, and translating of 4 articles in Spanish - English.- Completed the process of publication of “The Colombians Who Arrived at Caracas: The Nuevo Horizonte Case” and "Sobre Las Mediciones De Corrupción y Su Relación con El Desarrollo y El Bienestar en América Latina" Revista Paradigma.

I assisted Dr. Margarita López-Maya with the research projects “Socialism of the 21st Century: Conceptual Bases.” and “The Role of Congress in Authoritarian Regimes.” I completed extensive literature reviews of 90 articles.I also reviewed the existing scientific literature (50) in English related to participatory democracy for the project “Quality of Democracy and Participation in Venezuela: The Case of The Community Councils.”

I led research projects and assisted Dr. Mauricio Phelan by conducting literature reviews (120 articles), designing in-depth interview questionnaires, performing 30 in-depth interviews, running qualitative (content analysis with Atlas.ti.), and quantitative analyses using SPSS, and editing research manuscripts. *Achievements*- I completed the research project “Venezuela's Participatory Democracy: A Conceptualization of Democracy According to Political Perceptions of Community Councils' Members.”

Liberato contributing to the theoretical and methodological design for the projects “A Well-being Comparison among Women from The Dominican Republic and Haiti” and “Women Empowerment: A Comparative Analysis.” I reviewed the literature related to well-being and gender (50 articles), identified, cleaned, and transformed datasets, and ran descriptive statistics and bivariate analysis using SPSS.

I completed the translation of the “Individual Development Account Program Handbook: Responsibilities and Procedures” (14 pages) and translated manuals (20 pages) intended for the Spanish-speaking population in central Kentucky area.

I proposed, designed, planned, and implemented a research project looking into the needs of the emigrants in Central Kentucky. I coordinated volunteers for the research, designed and deployed a paper and online to 300 respondents, and reported progress and findings to the decision makers and supervisors. I also completed the translations of the “2011 Free Tax Preparation and Filing Partnership,” “Estimating the Multiplier Effect of CKEEP,” surveys, and other documents. (60 pages) *Achievements*- Completed the research “Central Kentucky Refugees' Challenges.”- Identified and included the participation of 30+ volunteers from community groups, organizations such as Fayette County Public Schools, Kentucky Refugee Ministry, the office of Multicultural Affairs of Lexington Fayette Urban County Government and individuals. - Completed the translation of “2011 Free Tax Preparation and Filing Partnership,” and “Estimating the Multiplier Effect of CKEEP.” - Coordinated the translations of the research survey to 6 languages: Arabic, Swahili, French, English, Spanish, and Hindi.

I designed, planned, and conducted the independent research “Self-Efficacy, Locus of Control, and Socioeconomic Status Among Venezuelans (From Valencia and The Capital District) With Access to The Internet.” I reviewed the literature (60 articles), created and deployed an online survey to 150 participants, ran descriptive statistics, analysis of variance ANOVA, multivariate regression analysis. I reported the findings and conclusions in a 35 pages article and at Kentucky Psychological Association Foundation.
