As part of AGI's Program Management Division, I am leading and supporting the delivery of the first national architectural branding program for Genesis Motor America (GMA), working within the National Dealer Development group at NHQ:

I was part of the architectural division at a real estate development company focusing on luxury apartment communities, mixed-use developments, and retail stores.My experience ranges from individual residential units to building shell development with the following responsibilities:- Created design proposal packages for city’s planning and zoning board approval- Developed luxury residential unit layouts to inform overall building mass floor plan and core location- Designed and oversaw the development of custom millwork and furniture pieces- Monitored design from conception to construction administration as part of QC / QA standards- Attended field reviews, on-site meetings, and project meetings to document project progress

I was the lead technical designer for the commercial account dedicated to Compass, a real estate technology company, that was quickly building their market offices in the U.S. As part of the tenant fit-out process, my primary focus was to deliver excellent spaces throughout the North East region in different metropolitan cities like New York City, Philadelphia, and Washington DC.I achieved varying goals and tasks as part of my involvement in all of the project phases - from inception to occupancy:-Conducted initial site walk-throughs to document existing conditions and determine a location's code restrictions and construction feasibility.-Reviewed landlord lease letters and highlight any potential issues, cost implications, and drawing review approval process.-Collaborated on the design development process while reviewing for local code and ADA compliance.-Set construction document milestones after client approval of design test fit.-Coordinated construction documents for over 15 concurrent projects with external consultants (e.g MEP engineers, landlords, and AV/IT vendors)-Prepared DOB and LPC drawing submissions and required paperwork.-Led and/or participated in weekly internal project status meetings to discuss projects' status and determine next steps.-Reviewed GC bid and work estimates to determine line items that could be value engineered (VE'd) to reduce overall project budget.-Attend weekly OAC (Owner, Architect, Contractor) on-site meetings to check construction progress and resolve any field conflicts.-Reviewed and respond to RFI’s, shop drawings/submittals, and change orders within the allotted response time to keep with the construction schedule.-Reviewed and signed-off pay apps/reqs to confirm material procurement and installation progress.-Mentored junior staff on company and industry standards to foster team’s growth.

I supervised a team of project coordinators and architectural designers to ensure the new BMW and MINI corporate identity design was achieved, starting with the schematic and design development phases, all the way into hand-off to dealer's architect for production of construction documents.I was in charge of the following:- Creating the initial conceptual drawings and presenting them to clients- Coordinating project's timelines and deliverables- Prioritizing the team's weekly workload schedule to meet deadlines- Scheduling and attending online conference calls and on-site visits with all of the involved parties (e.g. owners, local architects, and vendors)- Training new team members and continuing to teach automotive architecture industry standards to all team members.- Reviewing and redlining drawings in the design phases as part of quality control processes- Proposing solutions when the design intent cannot be translated into construction documents because of unforeseen conditions and circumstances- Resolving design issues that arise during constructionAfter all the design development and coordination, it was always very rewarding to see the project come to fruition after construction had ended and seeing the grand opening photos and videos being shared on social media.

I was responsible for coordinating all the projects in U.S. Central Region for the BMW and MINI account. As the main point of contact, I made sure there was an open line of communication between our design team and project managers, BMW NA, clients, local architects, and general contractors.I was responsible for coordinating everyday tasks:- Start initial rapport between dealership contact and ensure our clients understood the project timeline and phases- Organize due diligence documents (e.g. as-built drawings, BMW NA requirements, governing local codes, etc.) received from the dealership team and distribute the information to the design team- Lead weekly review meetings with the regional BMW team- Develop design layouts with Design Manager and other design team members- Review construction document submitting from local architect to ensure corporate identity design complianceI was also the lead in producing the construction documents for the addition and renovation of a BMW facility in Indiana. This required time management and organization to produce the bid/permit set while also coordinating the structural and MEP drawings. Then I was able to follow the project all the way into construction administration reviewing submittals, answering RFIs, and leading weekly status meetings with the client and general contractor.
