• Created and executed programme for BT’s strategic approach to the re-compete of DFTS, DII, Skynet 5, DHFCS and DECS – some £1bn p.a. on current market value. Included partner strategy, architecture and solution design, stakeholder management, marketing and comms and CL&R. Directly influenced customer’s operating model and engagement with industry.

•Negotiated and deployed 15 wireless cities in challenging timescales and initiated multi-million £ business development opportunities following network deployment.•Planned and executed customer engagement strategy, establishing senior level relationships, at City Council CEO and Council Leader level and managing the extremely diverse internal and external virtual teams responsible for delivery of service in the cities.
