I am a strong professional with a demonstrated history of working in the Accounting and Insurance industries. My keen attention to detail and ability to achieve accuracy and efficiency while multi-tasking has proven to be invaluable in any role I have had. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, I continue to be open to learning new and various types technology. Not only this, but I have acquired and have a clear understanding of the importance of good customer service and have developed strong analytical skills. I wear many hats: I am a mother of two, wife, student and currently work full-time as a Benefits Account Manager in the Insurance Industry where team work, flexibility and customer service are required skills. Each of the above-mentioned roles have taught me something to be taken into the other. For example, being a parent and spouse has taught me patience which has helped me with working as part of a team. As a student of the University of Florida, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree, focused in Business Administration and Management, in the Warrington College of Business. I obtained my Associates Degree in Business Administration from Hillsborough Community College and graduated with honors at a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society. I also hold a 620 All Lines Adjuster’s License from the University of Central Florida. Hard work, dedication and a commitment to success for myself and my family have given me the drive I need to never stop aiming high. I look forward to continuously learning and growing as a professional and as an individual.I enjoy cooking, trying different foods and experiencing different cultures. My family loves sports, but soccer runs through our veins. Coaching my son’s munchkin’s soccer team has been one of my greatest accomplishments. We do also enjoy Football, Tennis, sometimes Rugby and American Ninja Warrior.
