We are a young and innovative human resources consultant oriented to the computer industry specialized in the recruitment, selection, provision of profiles in Information Technology.We use an Agile methodology in recruitment, to be more productive, it implies giving more importance to the human factor than to the processes, taking out revenue from errors to achieve continuous improvement, close collaboration with the client; and faster to adapt to the changes that arise during the process.With agile recruiting, the selection and contracting processes are faster and more efficient, without unnecessary intermediate steps and without exhaustive documentation.Work Methodology 1. First Steps. We initially work on clearly understanding your corporate culture and the professional profile you’re seeking for. Only then we move ahead and launch the actual talent search as quickly as possible.2. Registration of Search. Once the profile is defined, we register the search on IT portals, social networks. We have a large database, an extensive network of contacts and access to different groups and portals, which allows us to speed up searches. 3. Pre-Selection of candidate. We identify the CVs that best suit the profile sought. We interview them to evaluate each one and analyze if the profile is consistent with the client's requirement in the technical, salary and personal aspects of the applicant.4. Choice of the candidate by the client. If the candidate meets the requirements, we present it to the client for evaluation.
