As part of the reorganisation of the Prescience Technology Delivery team, I was engaged to provide general management coverage for the Service Delivery team while the recruitment for a permanant manager was undertaken. This interim role involved ongoing engagement with key Prescience Technology clients ensuring continued quality service delivery across multiple workstreams and clients. The Service Delivery team also worked closely with the CAMS team to ensure quality outcomes were resourced and delivered. The team also ensured facilitation of Prescience Technology training.
