I help to ensure that the quality of the Jamf Connect product meets and exceeds the standards of Jamf and Jamf's customers through a combination of automated and manual testing. This is accomplished through the use of many different tools and processes, including:- Xcode (XCUITest)- Robot Framework- Jenkins (CI/CD)- Jira- TestRail- GitHub- BitBucket

Serving as an escalation point for support cases reaching the final tiers of internal support.

Small recording studio which provides professional recording, mixing and mastering services to area clients.

Provide FOH audio and lighting support for local concert venue 2-3 times per month as needed.

I currently organize, repair, upgrade, and inventory all live sound and lighting equipment owned by the Eta Nu chapter of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. We provide live sound and lighting reinforcement for almost all events on the Saint Mary's University of Minnesota campus. All proceeds go to scholarships, charity, and equipment upgrades.

My duties in this area included inventory, system image creation, deployment, OSX Server administration, DeployStudio management, ARD management, JAMF Casper Suite management of OSX and iOS devices, and repair support for all university-owned Mac systems.
