1. Primary point of contact for financial matters related to the plant. Coordinating with corporate finance and accounting teams to ensure alignment of financial data and reporting with group reporting. 2. Responsible for leading Financial Operations viz. Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Treasury, Taxation, Payroll, Compliance and Controls.3. Responsible for anchoring monthly financial closing & driving financial hygiene of the books of accounts.4. Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual budgets and forecasts for operational activities related to accounts and aligning them with organizational goals.5. Performing variance analysis and monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and potential deviations. 6. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and applicable regulations and implementing internal controls to safeguard financial assets and prevent fraud or misappropriation. 7. Ensuring Business risks are covered with appropriate insurance policies, claims are submitted and realized in a timely and effective manner8. Identifying and communicating opportunities for cost savings and process optimization. 9. Managing Treasury function like timely payments, collection and liasion with banks.10. Managing Cash Flows for plant, Customers collections, Vendor payments, Statutory payments.

1.Overall responsible for Plant Finance functions till financial closing, audit compliances.2.Managing Cash Flows for plant, Customers collections, Vendor payments, Statutory payments.3.Managing month end closing and review of monthly financial statements and other operational reports for site.4.Responsible for Plant Budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking and variance analysis for cost of production.5.Ensuring smooth functioning of Plant Payables like bills verification and approval, advance/open items tracking, open GR/IR, Open PO/PR, Vendor Reconciliation.6.Responsible for managing plant receivables like timely billing and collection, follow up with customers, ledger reconciliation, adherence to credit terms etc.7.Responsible for Inventory control at plant level like physical verification at regular intervals, aging analysis, discussion with concerned for non-moving or slow moving items w.r.t their usability and disposal.8.Managing statutory compliances for PF, ESI, PT, GST, Advance Tax and liasioning with departments.

 Responsible for delivering Financial, Cost and Compliance controls at the plant. Working with the plant team to achieve all KPI's of the plant. Managing all accounting operations including billing, AP, AR, GL, Inventory, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition, Controlling plant overhead, Inventory Control. Ensuring proper Internal control system is implemented and followed at the plant. Manager statutory audit/Internal audit process at Plant Level. Analysis of plant costs, variances, highlighting opportunities and working closely with cross functional team to improve performance. Responsible for month end closing activity and reporting, accounting and control of FA. GST Monthly and Annual Returns, Recon between GST Returns and GL, Timely input credits. Other statutory compliance like TDS, TCS, PF, ESIC, Factory license etc. Preparing annual budget – Opex and Capex for the plant and its monitoring. Review accounts payable and receivable and its timely settlement.

 Consolidation of Accounts, MIS reporting. Preparing Audit Schedules, Audit finalization, Review of book closing on monthly, quarterly as well as annual basis which consists of Balance sheet, P&L A/c, Cash Flows, Variance & its analysis and other related information. Supervising control over Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Statutory Compliances, Budgeting

 Management of daily transactions for completion of books of account in timely manner for management reporting. MIS Reporting as per the requirement of management. Product costing, Analyzing variances and account adjustment, Physical Stock verification. Handled Capex worth USD 35 million and Monthly MIS Reporting related to Capex. VAT Reconciliation, Monthly VAT depositions, Withholding Tax deductions and depositions.

 Monthly MIS reporting consisting of BS, P&L, Cash flows, Variance Analysis and other related information. Finalizing of payment schedule for vendors, settlement of claims, Reconciliation of accounts. Successfully handled capitalization of project worth Rs.100 crores. Compliances of related regulatory works. Compliance to statutory dues of TDS, Service Tax, VAT, PF, Gratuity etc. Finalizing costing in consultation with production head, coordinating with stakeholders for timely informations. Liasioning with banks and government authorities, preparing CMA data for working capital limits. Handling statutory audits , internal audits, cost audit, excise audit and other management audits
