Serving 2500 employees, I support the team in the deployment of digital solutions for various business departments. Within this Agile team, I hold a versatile position in the Information Systems Department of Engie HQ, where I could both : - Develop projects with the customer at the heart, from their start to their sustainability using brainstorming, KANBAN methods, 1234ALL, ...- Use the Agile SCRUM method as the basis for all projects undertaken (elaboration of a proritised Backlog with User Stories with POs...) - Create a collaborative team of users to ensure the continuous improvement of a Core Model.- Trained and coached 5 employees in the use of the Klaxoon digital tool for a live presentation to an audience of 140 employees. - Followed trainings: Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Okaloa FLOWLAB, the role of PO, Power BI, Green IT (climate mural).- Created audiovisual content to promote ISD and process digitization to employees. - Research and develop workshops and/or interactive tools (Sharepoint Quizz) to raise awareness of Green IT among employees. - Build a solid foundation in several areas relevant to IT projects (development, product design, project management, leadership, data experts...).- Take the role of facilitator in a variety of workshops. - Writing articles to promote Team Building.

Paid research work (merit-based scholarship): "New technologies at the service of international activities", analyzing in a general and also practical way the new technologies and how, in a context very impacted by the various economic events, the companies adapt to them. This work was supervised by the Stephen A. Jarislowsky Chair in International Business Management, Mr. Zhan SU. This research was later accompanied by a second work which consisted in updating the numerical data of a chapter of the book of Mr. Zhan SU.

Employed by the Event management company MAHOLA for the CHANEL Maison de Couture, this hostess position allowed me to carry out missions in the emblematic boutique 31 Cambon (Saint-Honoré). These missions consist in :- Welcoming international customers in the boutiques in three main languages: English, French and Spanish.- Ensure the best experience for the customers, notably by sharing the history of the Maison and the boutique, as well as the history of the architecture and designs of the latter.- Liaise between customers and the various parties involved in the store (Beverage service, after-sales service, sales consultant, etc.). - Ensure cohesion between the entry and exit of customers and their care by order of arrival. - Optimize the waiting time of the customers by the rigor of a careful organization within a team of hostesses. - Satisfy the expectations of customers in terms of experience within the boutiques and the pieces they own or wish to own.

This 3-month Marketing and Management Assistance internship at the start-up Zero-Ohm Systems was supervised by Mr. George Dracopoulos, President of the company and professor at McGill University in Canada.
