Coordination of the activity of Coordination and evaluation Unit of Managing Authority for NRDP related to:- internal and external audit missions related to the activity of MA NRDP,- implementation the Evaluation Plan for NRDP and development of Evaluation Plan related to National Strategic Plan CAP 2023-2027- ensuring and coordinating the activities regarding the negotiations at the level of the EU Council structures, drafting position papers on topics debated in meetings at EU level- conducting consultation process on drafted documents for National Strategic Plan 2023-2027 in Romania- preparation and organization of the Monitoring Committee for NRDP activity, organize meetings and inform the member of the MC on the proposals of Managing Authority

• Contribution to the annual progress reports on implementation of the National Rural Development for 2014-2020, ensuring their submission within the deadlines set by Community legislation;• Ensure the implementation of the actions foreseen in the Evaluation plan for the NRDP 2014-2020 related to drafting legal framework, planning preparatory activities, conducting evaluation activities, communication and follow up activities.So far, I have been involved in coordinating Ex ante evaluation for NRDP 2014-2020, including Strategic Environmental Assessment, Ex post evaluation for NRDP 2007-2013, Capacity Building on Evaluation and Monitoring NRDP 2014-2020 (ongoing), Ex ante evaluation for Strategic Plan CAP 2021-2027 (ongoing)• Participate in committees for rural development at European Commission level and working groups of the European institutions on topics related to evaluation and monitoring of the programme;• Implement and monitor the Internal Control / Managerial System at Directorate level (in planning objectives, indicators, identifying risks and measures, drafting working procedures etc,)

• Propose and implement strategies at intra and interinstitutional level • Analyse and sign normative acts in the ministry fields, ensuring fulfilling the procedure of approval and submission of normative acts for the Government approval;• Review, assess and propose recommendations in order to simplify and improve the administrative process of the Ministry of Environment and Forests;• Implement and monitor the Management Internal/ Control System at structure level

• Organise a regional Conference on reducing of reoffending with the participation of public institutions across London;• Prepare, organize and attend internal meetings ( Monthly Divisional Meetings, All Staff Meetings) • Attend external meetings and events (Safe and Supportive Community Plan Delivery Group, Burglary Working Group and Reducing Re-Offending Team Operational Panel Meeting - Camden Borough, Visit at Pentonville Prison etc.)

• Monitoring the work of the prefect institutions in relation to the decentralized public services• Analyse and sign normative acts in the ministry fields and coordinate the procedure of approval and submission of normative acts for the Government approval;• Analyse normative acts elaborated by other public institutions or entities, in order to corroborate these legal provisions with specific requirements for the sectorial strategies in ministry fields,• Formulate points of view on specific provisions within the competence of the institution,
