- Member of cora Romania board of directors, reporting directly to cora’s General Manager; member of the TOP 150 Group cora Europe- Head of cora marketing decision track and member of some strategic transdisciplinary decision committees (e-commerce, client experience, loyalty, Omni channel, environmental and social responsibilities) - Part of the cora Romania representative team involved in organizational transformation all BU’s of the Group - Supervising the development of all ATL, BTL, PR, CSR and DIGITAL activities, starting from brief design, when agencies where involved, to implementation and follow up- Elaborating the cora marketing budget and ensuring its compliance for the MARCOM activity- In-depth experience in loyalty development strategies- Part of special project multidisciplinary collaborative team (launch of the e-commerce activity, AI promotion platform design, client segmentation and multichannel platform implementation )- Identifying vendors for communication and advertising services, setting selection criteria, negotiating contractual clauses and developing long-term partnerships with them- Managing all branding activities for private label products from product design to product positioning, labeling and launching- Performing ongoing researches in order to identify the customer profile and setting the most appropriate communication methods (geomarketing analysis, eye-tracking researches, neuromarketing researches, classic quantitative and qualitative research, permanent customer feed-back etc. )- Setting and implementing DM strategies;- In charge with the initiative and implementation of PR campaigns and part of the crisis team setup- Managing internal communication initiatives, support for the HR strategy and implementing special HR projects - Managing the communication, advertising and CSR team (strategy definition, task allocation, activity planning, internal procedures and workflow design, monitoring, KPIs, coaching, trainings);

- Managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for new stores openings (team allocation, advertising, preselection, selection, follow up);- Personality profiles administration;- Managing the relationship with the human resources services suppliers;- Coordinating the recruitment team (recruiters, data entry, psychologists);- Drafting and presenting periodical reports regarding the recruitment and selection activity;- Project Manager for the Human Resources Software design and implementation.
