• Summarize and report performance and product-based nonconformities to the Quality department for warranty application or internal review board processing and support resulting investigation plans.• Perform failure analysis of warranty return material and facilitate the warranty recovery process by initiating claims with impacted suppliers.• Manage and/or perform the resolution of turbine performance issues, such as customer claims, incident reports, and analytical discoveries during project start-up, commercial operation, end of warranty, and post-warranty situations.• Develop methods for periodic data analysis and monitoring of critical subsystem performance data, such as alarm trends, temperature data, and energy production to support the minimization of corrective maintenance scopes and turbine downtime.• Monitor fleet performance to identify achievement of contractual guarantees and/or risks of potential losses.• Analyze turbine control data to confirm designed performance levels are achieved and advise recommendations to correct/improve.• Perform central role in Post Sales processes for retrofit release/implementation and improvement action creation/evaluation. • Support or lead root cause analysis investigations for key components, as needed.• Serve as technical liaison for Engineering redesigns and field test plans in the AWNA fleet.• Develop and deploy advanced checklists to support site personnel in troubleshooting and data collection needs related to offline turbines and/or performance trends.• Generate and present periodic reports on wind farm and turbine performance to customer(s) and internal management team.• Create content and perform as a technical trainer in training sessions for customer, contractor, and internal personnel.• Develop, coordinate, communicate, and manage contractor visits under suitable repair/work scopes, when necessary.

- Support field Technical Advisors with turbine troubleshooting.- Support field installation of new PLC programs- Support field with turbine control issues.- Evaluate electrical and mechanical issues and offer suggestions for turbine uptime- Evaluate electrical and mechanical component failures and communicate to Post Sales Quality, Engineering, and Procurement to notify suppliers of defects.- Project manage major/non major corrective maintenance repairs, along with coordinate contractors, and document the operation to create new field instructions to minimize turbine downtime.- Analyze control system data to evaluate turbine performance.
