Mro Asset Management Analyst
CurrentIn my position I have coordinated activities between several departments including but not limited tomaintenance, planning and scheduling, plant procurement, and MRO inventory management. The scope of my responsibility was to ensure program process success for 18 domestic plants as well as consult for global applications for the company. Design, implementation, and training aspects surrounding oracle specific modules were expected in order to provide direction and empower partners with necessary ownership to ensure company and individual success. I placed emphasis on becoming familiar with a variety of techniques, processes, and procedures including but not limited to project management, RCM, PDM, precision maintenance techniques, Stock planning, replenishment support, procurement integration, partner development, Asset bill of materials, warranty recovery, vendor development, material traceability, storeroom management, and cultural integration aspects. I use a wide degree of creativity, extensive experience, and judgment to make decisions autonomously to coordinate resources and accomplish company goals. As the custodial and principal user, I was the initial contact for all system troubleshooting aspects to ensure proper understanding from the end user group up to the system IT development to enable quick resolutions to specific issues in a timely manner. I was also involved in the design, development, and growth of new technology and innovations to ensure continued competitiveness in the market place.
