Mr. Bond, currently the Chief Technologist at Blue Sky Executive Consulting, has over 17 years of experience in the development and implementation of systems for Federal Government agencies that include Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security, and other United States Government Intelligence Agencies. Recent experience includes designing and leading teams in the development of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML)-based capabilities, Mobility platforms, and Predictive Cyber Analytic platforms within the Intelligence Community. Before Blue Sky, he was a Senior Lead Technologist with Booz Allen Hamilton for 8 years running multi-million dollar research and development programs in various AI/ML areas, cloud computing, and wireless transport. He has performed extensive work in all phases of the system development life cycle from analysis and design through development, testing and implementation as well as user training/support. He is a proven leader who can manage large scale projects with multiple resources on time and within budget. Mr. Bond’s unique ability to identify key issues then determine solutions to achieve the goals of the organization make him an outstanding executive leader.
