I was an active member of the team that created Openspace - a community wellness platform for HGV drivers. Throughout the development of the programme, I have enriched my knowledge of physical and wellbeing in the workplace - including the completion of a mental health qualification. I also ran and monitored the platform and social media engagement.

I am currently working as an intern for Connected2, helping to shapemarketing strategies and create opportunities for the business and ourpartners. The industry is fast paced and continuously evolving, whichcreates a dynamic environment where I am involved in a wide variety ofactivities and a host of different opportunities within the company,enhancing both my technical and personal capabilities. The Connected2platform aims to address the communication challenges that can often emergebetween HGV drivers and the operators employing them, helping to join-up theconnections between the two - and simplifying the process for everyone. Thishas meant that I have been actively engaging with both operators and driversthrough different channels, from strategic discussions with operatorsthrough to one-to-one conversations with drivers.

I worked as a sales assistant at Brighton Footgolf, managing the day to day running of the small business unaided. Utilising my strengths of customer service and marketing strategy; whilst also overseeing their social media footprint. Key Achievements: Increased social media followers by 200%. Achieved the highest customer satisfaction rating in the company.

During my fleeting time at Satellite PR, I played an active role in a small team marketing communications support for a pr business the role was ongoing support for major clients as well as managing own projects relating to pr campaigns. role taking a brief from senior directors within the business and acting on initiative to develop appropriate activity, such as contacting local and national media, drafting press releases, developing campaign ideas and liaising with other marketing agencies. Although the role was a short term internship, it was a valuable introduction to the world of marketing and communications as well as giving me exposure to a broad range of business functions.Key Achievements: Had an article published in ‘Rufus’ magazine.
