CurrentMy role at CGC involves the overseeing of different departments within the company including thermal spraying, laser cladding, machining and welding. My Responsibilities include:o Estimating and quoting of jobs.o Booking and organisation of incoming and outgoing jobs.o Production planning through the organisation of the work load for appropriate machines o Liaising with clients and maintaining communication.o Inspection of jobs upon completion maintaining the company’s quality control o Manage the team through mentoring and coaching as well as managing team leave.o Training and mentoring of apprentices o mentoring & quality control of tradesmano organization of contractors o appropriate order of tooling & materialso programming & operating of cnc machines o managing job completion times & prosses to meet customer requirements.o manage laser cladding department making sure all quality procedures and safety prosses are being followed + organise appropriate matirials and help create procedures
