I am a highly driven and hardworking professional. I pride myself on my ability to get things done while still being detailed and process oriented. In my current role, l lead a cross-discipline team of systems engineers to develop solutions for some of the nation's hardest problems around microsystems and sensors. This consists of a strong mix of technical engineering and leadership, roadmap development, and business development. I am able to lead cross functional teams to meet customer and end user needs across many DoD applications that cannot fail. My focus has been on mixed-signal circuit design and system engineering for full product solutions. I have experience with designing low power sensor/detector networks, power supply /Power Distribution networks, USB based systems, embedded processing elements, secure processor architectures, microcontroller based control loops, and high speed memory interfaces. I have experience in applying these technologies to a variety of platforms, finding the cross section between system capability and performance in constrained environments. I am well versed in taking designs from the requirements and architecture phase through design, fabrication, testing, and product delivery.Much of my experience has led me to be successful in technical leadership where I have driven teams of multidiscipline engineers through successful product development. Being able to promote innovation and creativity in the design realm while ensuring technical soundness and keeping it within program constraints. I have operated as a Principal Investigator across many DoD programs and a portfolio Manager to define product vision and then execute it.
