Primary cost reduction: redesigning a 3 part assembly into a single piece, achieving a reduction in the parts, a quality improvement, a significant cost reduction, and a streamlined manufacturing process.Next Generation Pressure Switch: Leading the Sensata US design efforts and supporting our overseas team in launching a new pressure switch. Working to close the gaps between the concept's performance and customers' requirements by developing new concepts or designs and driving DFMEA meetings and drawing reviews within the US team's efforts. Supporting our overseas team's efforts to ensure that they too develop a sound design by participating in design and project phase reviews and assisting in the resolution of technical issues.Cost Reduced Products with Wire Leads: Driving the efforts to develop low cost wire lead solutions for Sensata products that for the industrial markets. Utilizing common design aspects across the different products.
