Video games are always a source of adventure - introducing players to new worlds and friends. Even at a young age, I knew that I needed to be a part of this emerging art form - to create my own worlds.I began gaming heavily in the 90s with my passion bringing me to begin collecting physical titles spanning from NES all the way to the Switch. During my teen years, I began to think more critically on games and began making my own. This then lead to the eventual decision to further my education into Game Design. Through my two degree programs (B.A. in Game Design & B.A. in New Media Studies) and my time at Dream Foundry Games, I have learned not only more about Game Design, but also more about people and WHY they play games. During this time I have also been involved in the creation of numerous game projects (both digital and analog).I still collect video games to this day and use my collection of over 5500 titles spanning four decades to research and gather ideas in creating my own projects. Furthermore, I've been working on and off on a personal project for over a decade that continues to keep me in the designer mindset and allows me to showcase my passion and skills gained over the years. My favorite games include: Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals, Link's Awakening & Resident Evil My favorite game narratives include: Planescape: Torment, What Remains of Edith Finch, & The House in Fata Morgana
