Co-created the Expro Global Auditing System which has greatly benefitted the organisation, been published in company quarterly articles, received senior management and director commendation and aims to be adopted for all auditing activities. The system is being written into Expro's central HSEQ system - Part of this working group . Recomended for and now an active member of the MoC team alongside management members to review MoC within Expro and the requirements needed to improve the current system. Created and implemented significant changes to the supplier quality function including adaption to the concession process and for the submission and automation of third party inspections.Undertaken numerous presentations on the effectiveness and capability of the supplier quality function and how it can increase productivity while minimizing expense and delay.
