I love to dig into customer problems and create UX design solutions that solve them. To do this effectively one needs the right mix of curiosity, empathy, observation and understanding of people, married to years of honing design skills to pull off intuitive user-centred designs that people love and want to pay for. This is what I do. Key activities I have driven in my current organization: - drove the creation of a new software product from concept to market including: ideation, solution, design, validation and end user testing - created the company Product Development Process including: selecting and implementing the key activities and sub-processes and continually working to evolve and improve the process- created and implemented usability testing procedures- participated in the creation of positioning documents and solution statements for a new-to-market software solution- created and validated new feature mockups through interviews with personas, making sure the solutions are sharply focused and are technically feasible and deliverable in a timely manner- led the pilot project for the new-to-market product- experienced UX designer using Figma, Sketch, Zeppelin and Axure
