Resolving issues technology and communication services via phone support and online chat.An All-In-One service technician to deal with the customer first hand and help resolve any issue and provide a complete and positive experience.• Providing technical support throughout the Shaw network covering: Internet, cable, digital phone, and computer issues.• Taking ownership of a situation, creating tickets through Service Now and escalate to the correct teams for a resolve if needed.• Educate customers in realizing the full benefit of their Shaw products and services• Time management with taking on up-to 2 customers at one time, while multi-tasking my skills to maintain high level of service.• Helping the technician’s in the field with installations or for a service call. • Training New Hire staff to meet the values and standard required by Shaw.• Working with leadership teams to improve environment, methods and products.• Knowledge of Windows, iOS, networking, computer components, LAN, cable, TV setups, internet applications, browsers, and at a comfort level to troubleshoot these topics patiently with customers over chat or phone.• Exceptional customer service and communication in both verbal and written.• Ability to work independent and if required to go above and beyond. • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, to adapt to challenging priorities and situations.• A positive attitude and customer focused approach when dealing with challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity.
