Manage 300+ amusement and vending small business accounts in the Southeast. Help these accounts grow in revenue by offering new jukebox, TV, and business media service solutions through the Octave Group suite of products. Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing customers. Properly vet prospects looking to get into the jukebox business to determine their eligibility. Collaborate with credit and collections, customer service (tech support), marketing, warehouse, and the inside sales team which can include issues that arise as well as new ideas to perform said duties more efficiently. Maintain knowledge on technical issues that occur in the field to communicate to customers. Maintain knowledge on products and ever changing software in the jukebox in order to best perform duties.

Experience in the Southeast, Mid Atlantic, and Northeast Territories.Answer incoming customer services calls· Track down order forms and /or contracts· Coordinate sales calls with Outside Reps and operators· Make outbound calls to existing customers to sell products and/or services· Set process expectations and ensure expectations are met with locations, operators and Outside Sales reps.· Interface with Credit & Collection, Billing, and Operations Departments when problems arise\· Provide product information to customers (front line) by building and maintaining customer relationships· Enter jukebox/parts orders and track shipments of system and related products · Estimate date of delivery to customers based on knowledge of the company’s production and delivery schedules· Coordinate customer training for tools we offer· Respond promptly to customers’ needs and solicits feedback to improve service· Communicate programs, promotions and policies to new and/or existing customers· Perform all other tasks inherent to process data entry· All related duties and projects as deemed necessary by the Inside Sales Manager
