Relationship management with regional offices, technology vendors, and other implementation partners is a key aspect of success. Additionally, the role requires cross-departmental team management to ensure corporate alignment and support from finance, marketing, customer service, IT, etc..

Responsible for the Program Management of GS1 MobileCom/B2C including business development and operational execution.GS1 MobileCom is a B2B2C initiative enabling brands and retailers to engage with consumers about products and related services via a mobile phone/the mobile internet. Our charter is in developing a satisfying and consistent consumer experience, so we focus on foundational collaboration and development of interoperable systems.
