I'm currently a dev on the Foundry Connectivity team. We build full-stack tools that allow safe, scalable ingress and egress between Foundry and external data sources. My most recent project was the creation of Table Exports, which facilitate write back to JDBC systems likes MySQL, Postgres, Snowflake and Oracle. My daily tech stack is TSX, React, GraphQL, and Java. As a Research Assistant in Columbia's Creative Machines Lab, I collaborated with a team of graduate students to design and create a 3D food printer. While enrolled at the University of South Carolina, I began designing a mobile platform to connect university students looking to carpool long distances (50+ mi). Shortly before launching our MVP, I moved to Austin, Texas to work on SpaceCar full-time. We launched at the University of North Texas and rolled out our 1.0 product to five additional campuses a year later.As our Head of Design it was my responsibility to ensure that our User Interface and User Experience were intuitive, modern and scalable. I designed the SpaceCar MVP and 1.0 using Adobe XD, Framer and Invision Studio. After completing our design process, I led a team of five full-time software engineers through six months of development. Upon publishing to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, much of my time was dedicated to creating print and digital marketing materials, as well as overseeing 20 on-campus interns across six campuses.
