I work as a Lead Engineer within the Interior Trim and Seating teams for future Land Rover Discovery Sports and Evoque models. Initially, I had to quickly grasp Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) specific systems and procedures, highlighting an ability to adapt and learn fast. I have developed relationships with suppliers and liaise with multiple JLR departments to develop and implement parts in accordance with JLR timing budget plans. Furthermore, I ensure necessary tests are conducted before appropriate milestones and solve an array of technical, logistical and programme problems.

Currently working for Tata Technologies in a one year internship. In this role I have been contracted out to Lotus Cars, specifically working in the Seating and Restraints Team developing the new Lotus Emira and Evija models. In this role I have developed a great relationship with the Seating and Restraints Team and have become an integral member. My roles include keeping track of the seating stock for the verification prototype builds and deducing shortfalls in stock before they happen, creating hundreds of individual seat build 'passports' which denote the parts required in each specific seat, carried out seat side airbag tests and produced test reports based on their findings and liaising with multiple suppliers making sure the parts and build tools arrive on time and are a high standard.
