My name is Cameron Johnston and I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Florida, eager to launch my career in the nuclear power industry. My academic background includes hands-on experience with calculating and measuring reactor parameters and working with various radiation detection instrumentation, as well as practical projects such as developing a complete framework for a nuclear power plant and optimizing conditions for D-T fusion reactors. I am passionate about nuclear power and am keen to contribute to and grow with a company that aligns with my enthusiasm for the field. With experience in Matlab, EES, TRACE, and a strong understanding of radiation and safety regulations, I am well-prepared to tackle the challenges of a position in nuclear power.
