Founding member of a $6mm+ effort to redevelop a historic property as a destination Public Market in downtown Worcester, MA.Raised $1.5mm in investor equity, signed a 44K SF historic property under agreement, secured a $2mm construction financing package, applied for $1.5mm in tax credit equity, negotiated $800K HUD loan, signed 10 restaurant/retail tenants to LOIs, built a full-time development team, cut adjacent parking deals with area landlords, created a business model and operating structure based on the most successful market models from across the country.The company's bid to acquire the property fell through in November of 2017, due to irreconcilable challenges with the seller at final negotiations.

Worked closely with the Holy Cross Pre-Business Program and Career Services Department to establish a student-led real estate education program. To my surprise, over 30 students attended the inaugural meeting. Led weekly meetings, arranged guest speakers and organized Excel and Argus training led by Columbia University MS in Real Estate Development professor.
