Projects National Account Lead - Defence
As the Projects National Account Lead for BGIS Defence, I was responsible for the PMO and the annual program delivery in NNSW Defence which expanded over the last 3 years to NT, SA, QLD and some national programs. In 2022 I led a team of 36 professionals (junior to senior) to deliver a national annual program for Defence, of $180M in revenue. The program was extremely diverse including refurbishments, laser weapons trainings systems, security, hazardous material programs including PFAS, firing ranges, roads & fire trails, wharfs, substations, office fit outs and so much more.

As the Projects National Account Lead for the BPP account, I had the responsibility for the National program and capex management for Brookfield Property Partners in NSW, VIC, WA & QLD which was a $65M program in 2016.Notable within this program was the successful delivery of 10 Shelley Street refurbishment circa $20M.I also restructured the fee proposition to a sliding scale that saved delivery budget for BPP and secured additional projects for BGIS
