Cameron McKinnon oversees acquisitions, entitlements, and finance for his company, Confluence Development, LLC. He is responsible for securing the company’s project inventory in addition to effectively adapting the business’s core strategy to an ever-changing marketplace.Previously, for more than 10 years, Cameron was a Partner and the Director of Acquisitions and Development at Gamut360 Holdings, a developer and builder of residential homes throughout King and Snohomish Counties. With a career exclusively focused on for sale housing, Cameron has operated in numerous jurisdictions throughout King and Snohomish Counties where he has been in involved in the development and construction of hundreds of homes and residential lots. Originally from the Seattle area, Cameron has degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Denver and was previously a Board Member of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties.
