While working with the nonprofit organization Accendo Media, I was both a board member as well as the lead video producer. My responsibilities included attending regular board meetings to discuss and plan upcoming events; strategizing ways to film as well as promote these events; working together with musicians, artists and fashion designers associated with Accendo Media in order to expand their fan base; and keeping a database of event flyers and video for future use. I specialized in filming live events consisting of musical performances, art shows, and fashion shows. Afterwards the video was used on the Accendo Media website or promoted via social media.

At the University of Memphis Athletic Department, my primary duty was operating a shoulder-mounted camera during the women's basketball games. I have experience in both handling a camera live over the Jumbotron as well as recording video to be used later in highlight reels. I also helped set-up and run a live press conference. Before and after each game I participated in an extensive set-up and break-down of equipment including cameras, mics, cables and DVD recorders.

As a sales associate I guided customers through the Teavana sales experience, leading them through the store and individualizing suggestions based on customer needs. I was responsible for stocking products, arranging and re-setting floor displays, as well as opening/closing procedures.

I started out at Best Buy working as a cashier for the first year. I gained experience with customer interaction as well as money-handling and register POS systems. After I was promoted to Geek Squad, my responsibilities consisted of assessing each customer computer for issues, evaluating their repair needs, mitigating customer issues, and providing reasonable solutions. Repairs included running software and hardware diagnostics on multiple brands and types of computers (from Apple to Toshiba), replacing faulty or outdated hardware as needed, and monitoring virus-removing software. I worked before and after store hours on both repairs and restocking. At times I would assist associates on the sales floor, as well as providing customer service at the main desk.
