I have been a Video Technician at Lensrentals for 7 years. I am currently a Supervisor in the Video Department and concentrate mostly on high-end cinema camera systems. Until Spring 2022, I spent the last 3 of those years in the VIP Department. This involves calling the larger clients and asking them technical questions about their orders to ensure they have all the right gear for their shoot, and that everything is compatible. Daily tasks include speaking with clients, prepping high-end cameras, assembling and balancing large gimbal and tripod builds, and testing production workflows. Throughout the years I have become proficient with all current cameras offered by RED, ARRI, Panasonic, Canon, Sony, and Blackmagic.When not at Lensrentals, l spend most of my time working as a freelance Director of Photography on various sets. My work at Lensrentals has proven vital in having the technical knowledge to set equipment up quickly, safely, confidently, and ergonomically. I pride myself on being able to deliver high-concept images, quickly, with a modest budget, and this is what I'm trying to focus my career around in the future. Video clients include Run For Cover Records, Fat Possum Records, Big Legal Mess Records, Complex Sneaker Shopping, Buzzfeed News, St. Jude, Fedex, Youth Villages, VIA Productions, and more.
