Take calls on the overnight shift primarily for property damage, glass damage or liability claims. Also took fleet maintenence calls overnight when vehicles were in distress or in an accident. This involved locating roadside assistance, towing, setting up car rental as well as finding a shop that could perform the work in a reasonable amount of time to get the driver back on the road.

At SNS, customer service and accounting skills were learned or enhanced in a different type of environment, the hopitality industry. Examples included pleasing the customer and resolving conflicts or issues face to face. Training new employees was very hands on as well as training them though media, observation and testing. While in this position further tasks performed was making sure a quality product went each patron in a clean store in a reasonable amount of time. Counting cash drawers, verifying overages or losses within the tolerence level s deposits could go to the bank after each shift. Primarily Managers were responsible for running a million dollar a year business by protecting the companies assets.

Collected on all the companies accounts as a two person department. Collected on smaller delinquencies such as the vehicle parts or service work performed up to accounts that owed several million for new and/or used bus purchases. Large clients included city transit system's like the city of Los Angeles or school district's like Anaheim Unified as examples. Other tasks included collecting on failed items under warranty from the manufacturer, assisted school district with older buses prepare paperwork for state grants to purchase vehicles to meet the states emission standards.
