ensure all services associates have a thorough knowledge of all policies, procedures, and duties related to customer transactions, cash handling at the Service Desk. Accountable for maintaining several reports (e.g., accountability, special orders on hand, SS/POS discrepancy and Book and Physical reports). As Well as teach coach and train all Order fulfillment associates on best practices ensuring excellent customer experience.

Process returns and sales at the customer service desk, assist customers with all questions in regards to services and orders, create and maintain all orders throughout the store in partnership with other service desk associates.

ensure all customer orders are fulfilled within service level agreement and all deliveries are ready to be loaded and sent out the next day.

Assist all customers with there electronics needs.

Provide technical support for Computer's and Electronics.
