Cameron P. is a Project Management - Implementation Specialist at Axiom Real-Time Metrics. Colleagues describe them as "Cam and I joined Axiom Real-Time Metrics at the same time. I was consistently amazed at how quickly Cam learned the intricacies of the software and his ability to find the source of problems and solve them. Cam became well-known at Axiom for that very thing; he was sought out by anyone at Axiom having difficulties with our software or any kind of technical problem to see his thoughts on how to solve them. Cam is especially skilled at Excel and was able to streamline many processes that were previously either not working or costing a great deal of manual labour. I watched his leadership skills grow as well during this time; over time he took the reigns on much of the Implementation Team leadership including training, coordination, and follow up. From a more personal standpoint, Cam is an endlessly creative, interesting, and compassionate person who really cares about his teammates and others in his life.
