Chick-fil-A was my very first job and I am proud to say I have served under the same company and same Operator for 7 years. I started as a Team Member and I worked my way up within 2 and a half years of being employed with the company. I have been in my current role as a Restaurant Director for a year and a half. I train and develop leaders into management, execute expected sales and performance goals, I hire for the restaurants needs and a list of other exceptional attributes. I have strong leadership and management skills and I am always interested to learn more.
