Amateur technologist and naturalist.I spent much of my early career in customer facing roles in Food & Beverage, Construction, and most recently, Technology Services. The parallels across seemingly disparate industries continue to intrigue me. Having emerged in the workforce doing entirely hands on work (managing kitchens & bars, selling screws and drills, etc.), I've come to understand how varying a "hard days work" can be from job to job, industry to industry, and person to person. My first role in the technology ecosystem consisted of days organizing and managing a digital landscape in Customer Success. I began my tenure at TSIA working on account teams supporting the company's largest enterprise customers and learning from our most senior Principal CSM's. I then leveraged lessons learned from great mentors to support a more junior team of Success Managers. I am now an Associate Product Manager, bringing a sales and customer success perspective to TSIA's product team while obtaining a foundational understanding of Product Management. Humble and eager to learn, I am excited to bring my mind to the table as we build and refine a platform to enable tech professionals to make business decisions based on data and proven best practices.
