I am exceptionally passionate and dedicated to my ongoing involvement in the Hospitality Industries both here in Australia and my time in the United Kingdom. My experience has covered many different areas of Management and Operations from single site to multi-site Restaurant & Bars, Pubs and Cafes to Venue Consultancy, Sales (Wine & Spirits) /Account Management through to the Entertainment sector.These experiences have not only included working with both small and large International Companies in a competitive arena but has also has challenged me to think outside the box both creatively and financially to achieve success.Through all these areas of Hospitality I have gained valuable industry experience in training and development, cost controlling, budgeting, mentoring as well as being able to relate most importantly to both Clients and Sellers.As a determined, ambitious and self-motivated individual I am always prepared to follow a job through to a successful conclusion. I am an excellent communicator and a firm believer in total customer experience and most importantly leading a Team from the front.
