I am a Texas A&M graduate with a degree in Construction Science. I am currently employed as a field engineer with Primoris Services Corporation working out of the Houston, Texas office. I have been working with PSC for a while now, starting back in the summer of 2021 during my first internship. This experience opened my eyes to the world of construction just before I started taking COSC classes at A&M the following semester. In the summer of 2022 I was offered an internship as a field engineer on the Texas City project, and that lead to the offer to complete my semester-long internship on the same project. After leaving the Texas City project I moved to the Houston office and learned how to build, maintain, and operate different programs such as Microsoft Access, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. This allowed me to produce programs and apps to make construction processes more streamlined, and a few have been made the standard for completing and documenting work on projects at the company. In June of 2023 I got moved to a project in Chandler, Arizona to work as a field engineer. While in Arizona I grew very fond of the idea of traveling around the world for work, and greatly look forward to the opportunities my career will provide. While I only have experience in Industrial and Water Mechanical so far, I hope to branch out to other industries and divisions to get a feel for what the world of construction has to offer.
