I automate processes and reporting using technologies like Power Bi, python, power apps, and postgresql.

I built sales reports and dashboards in Power Bi as well as Salesforce in order to bring insights to the sales team. The dashboard tiles were KPIs that drilled down into various reports with various tabs, each with drill-down reports. All of the reports were interconnected and worked together like an app. I am an expert in SQL, M, and DAX. Pulling only the fields with precise criteria in SQL makes the reports render much more quickly and reduces lag time. I am able to do advanced calculations with DAX as well, creating DAX tables with keys that can be joined to other existing tables. I also published training videos demonstrating the functionality of the reports and dashboards. The skill that makes me most valuable is being able to translate between the IT department and the sales teams. I have the technical skills to manipulate the data the IT department is storing and negotiate with them to get what is needed to build the reports the sales team are asking for. I then build the reports based on the specific criteria the sales teams need to do their jobs most efficiently.

Evaluate jobs within the organization based on market data for similar jobs in the United States. Work on projects such as annual bonus plan, incentive plans, salary structure, and merit. I have built various tools and systems through interfacing in Visual Basic. This includes automating the calculation of the bonus plan for the company, the job evaluation process, and a tool that returns the pay distribution based on multiple criteria.

I work with roughly twenty offices located in various major cities throughout the U.S. We collaborate on necessary calculations for benefits and pension plans for mid-sized to large corporations. This includes data reconciliation using visual basic and Microsoft Office, reconciling asset information, and valuing the liabilities of companies in order to calculate the benefits due the employees participating in the retirement plans. The final product is then reports which reflect data, expense, liabilities, funding status and requirements, etc. After the valuation work is finished, I am then required to file forms the the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation as well as government forms to the IRS.
