Working remotely with 1-2-1 clients across the UK to improve and support their Strength and Conditioning for rugby performance. I work with male and female clients with various needs and goals.

Lecturing and supporting students across several year groups and qualification levels. To begin with this was in person, in a classroom and gym setting. Covid 19 led to a remote working style, which taught me how to use conferencing software and get the best from the 'new normal' for my students. I really enjoyed this position, however the hours were unstable year to year and my partner and I recently bought our first house, so I needed steady contracted hours.
