I increased the pool of available talent by 70% while being able to source a constant flow of top freelance artists to match Production demands and maintain the strict release schedule. In addition, I analyzed Production data and kept the flow of day-to-day Animation production without falling behind deadlines or sacrificing the quality of the end.

I increased output capacity to align with the updated release schedule of three new episodes released per week.I ensured stringent deadlines were met in Production to keep up with the high demands of the YouTube release schedule.I continued to develop and adjust the creative pipeline to increase the quality and meet deadlines.Designed and Implemented.

I built Production Management Systems that allowed Pencilmation to increase hiring capacity. These systems also allowed us to monitor episode progress and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.Co-Established the Analytical department for monitoring YouTube/Google Analytics traffic to forecast and increase channel growth.I established the Thumbnail.

I communicated with creative talent, Supervisors, and Directors to ensure Production goals were aligned and deadlines were met.I was crucial in developing the Production Pipeline for the creation of each episode.

I wrote, Storyboarded and Animated a handful of episodes for Pencilmation.I prepared the final composites for the release on YouTube.

I was the Lead Animator on the Buffer Bits project for YouTube.Co-Developed a web-show pitch for the Frederator Network, which was successfully picked up for a pilot.Animated and composited the project for release on Frederators YouTube channel.
