CurrentAs Managing Director of Enterprise Brokers [EB], Cameron and his team have developed a unique approach to coaching teams through major performance improvement and transformation projects. Unlike traditional consulting engagements EB focus on supporting and upskilling the existing management team, rather than simply delivering an answer at the end of an engagement. EB Coaches generally have 20+ years of experience having spent time in C-suite roles and top-tier consulting firms. This ensures Coaches are able to consistently bring the highest levels of analytical horsepower, cadence disciplines, tools and drive to ensure the management team delivers the best possible outcome. Understandably this methodology can take a little longer, however results consistently demonstrate much higher capture rates as EB normally supports the project right through delivery. Typical EB engagements last for 1-2 years, with the intensity of involvement geared to fit the availability of managers who often have competing day-to-day priorities. As Coaches we don’t take the field, rather we see our role as ensuring our client managers are properly prepared, supported and sufficiently disciplined to deliver the expected result on-time and in-full.
