Duties and Responsibilities:-Conduct, evaluate, and document the donor services and fund management functions of a charitable institution with $125M+ in assets held in 550+ funds-Serve as one of two points of contact for all current and prospective donors-Provide prompt and personalized customer service to fund holders (comprised of a mix of individuals, families, service organizations, and nonprofits), donor advisors, volunteers, and board members-Maintain the donor relationship management system; this includes entering/updating constituent, gift, and fund information, tracking open opportunities, and generating reports/campaign listsNotable Accomplishments:-Spearheaded the first-ever “Giving Tuesday” campaign for CCF: recruited, trained, and supported 69 local nonprofit participants. The campaign ultimately raised $1.17M+ and resulted in the highest number of gifts and unique donors in a single year in the 40-year history of the Foundation.-Fully constructed “MyCCF,” an online donor portal where fundholders can view the history of, donate to, and grant from their fund-Played a key role in the transition to a new CRM system: this included conducting significant database clean-up/streamlining, determining best practices/procedures, training colleagues on features within the system, and beta-testing reports features

In my role as the Light The Night Campaign Manager, I work each day to make the mission of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society a reality: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. Duties and Responsibilities:-Oversee all planning, fundraising, and logistics for the Triangle Light The Night, a $940,000 fundraising campaign, the fourth-highest peer-to-peer Fundraising Walk in the Triangle-Manage the operation of the Walk, as well as all related special events (Corporate Recruitment Breakfast, Team Kickoff Luncheons, Awards Celebration, etc.) that engage over 4,000 participants-Develop a strategic plan for the campaign including fundraising goals, budget recommendations, volunteer leadership cultivation strategies, timelines, etc.-Develop and implement cultivation plans to increase corporate engagement from both new and existing teams-Engage high-level corporate leaders to serve as team captains, event Council members, and “Executive Challengers”-Recruited, managed and cultivated 50+ corporate fundraising teams, including nine teams raising $20,000, or more, each Notable Achievements:-Increased Triangle Light The Night campaign revenue by 30% YOY between 2016 and 2017-Increased Triangle Light The Night campaign revenue by 9% YOY between 2015 and 2016-Increased corporate revenue by 14% YOY between 2015 and 2016-In 2017, recruited 5 new “Executive Challengers” -In 2016, recruited 3 new “Executive Challengers”-In 2017, recruited one new event sponsor at the $15,000 level-Secured and cultivated a successful relationship with a new event venue, Booth Amphitheatre, in 2016

As the administrative lead for the North Carolina program I oversaw AmeriCorps members in their successful completion of a service year through the NC Commission of Volunteerism and Community Service and provided support for a staff of 25 serving 9,000+ students in underserved communities in Wake and Durham counties.-In my oversight of the AmeriCorps grant I: ensured 100% grant compliance, planned and supervised service projects, tracked over 25,000 service hours, and facilitated AmeriCorps events and trainings.-In my management of the volunteer program I: designed and implemented recruitment strategies, conducted orientations, initiated background checks, and tracked volunteer hours/efforts throughout service.In this role I particularly enjoyed representing our nonprofit in the community through speaking engagements and career/volunteer fairs.
