- Managed a cross-departmental effort to update machine process documentation to adhere to new quality standards for manufacturing, improving product safety and ensuring customer satisfaction - Verified the efficacy of error proofing techniques for new automated assembly line stations- Fronted supplier relations and quotation process during the purchase of new salvage fixtures- Performed gage repeatability & reliability studies to ensure the accuracy of assembly line measurement tooling

- Worked with engineering and trades to rapidly prototype and develop new machine components- Created procedures allowing for scrap steering gears to be reused, saving $50,000 in backlogged reject parts and eliminating waste within the manufacturing process- Used statistical analysis to identify and eliminate the root cause of quality issues and reduce sources of machine downtime- Managed purchasing of spare tooling and components to assist with the launch of a new automated assembly line
